Hope Vision 1 Adventure Light

 The Hope Vision 1 Adventure Light is a fantastic little light, so good that I use one myself for both riding and caving....It makes a perfect addition for night riding, outdoor enthusiasts and people looking for a high quality, high powered light for other nocturnal activities! Use it When it goes dark - At home, in the car, on the bike, walking the dog...

It uses a single high powered LED  which pushes out 240 lumens on max power! This is the sort of output a lot of lights with many more LED's, bigger batteries and a greater cost can only hope to offer. The CNC machined lamp body mounts at the front of the new head harness using the universal mount adaptor which allows full compatibility with all the mounting options across the range. The power is provided by 4 AA size batteries (I purchase 2 sets of re-chargable 3200ma/h AA batteries for £10 delivered)  which are housed in a separate battery case allowing simple fitting to either a cycle helmet, the head harness or bike. I get on average around 3 hours use on max and around 30 hours on low,  It works in flashing mode for days!!!  Of all the head mount lights I have tried this is a well balanced setup on both its head band and when mounted onto a cycle helmet.

The light has a simple on/off/mode switch on the top,  the light first lights up in 'low' mode and cycles through to the higher settings. This gives better control of the light in tricky situations when more light is needed quickly. These lights include all the mounting options as standard. So you receive a QR handlebar mount, helmet mount and head harness allowing you to use the light in any situation. Hope Vision HID Universal Mount Endurance Front Light 

This CNC machined headlight from Hope emits 450 Lumens(equivalent to around 50w Halogen)  The HID set up really does light up 'everything'  it is not quite as efficient and has no control of the power (no high/low settings), if your riding at night and need no more than 21/2 hours light this could be the best choice......  Either bar mounted or helmet mounted (cable extender and mount inc with kit), this is an awesome light.

Hope Vision 4 LED Light

The all NEW 4 LED boasts some serious output! The 4 high powered LED’s push out 960 lumens on max power! Combine this with over 2 hours of burntime and it’s a winning combination.  The  CNC machined lamp body mounts to a reinforced nylon handlebar bracket, which fit’s both
standard and OS bars with the clever use of removable rubber plugs. The bracket also allows for lateral adjustment of the lamp whilst riding.

The battery has built in charge, discharge and short circuit protection. The connectors are fully sealed and totally waterproof (IP67). The light has a simple on/off/mode switch on the back. Turning the light on puts it into ‘low’ mode and then cycles through to the higher settings with further presses of the button. This gives better control of the light in tricky situations when more light is needed quickly.   The 7.4v Li-ion battery will last for upto 35hrs on low, and just over 2h  on max  (Not normally needed), with the intelligent charger returning that in just 6 hours.
